- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate record of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Follow-up on customer interactions.
- Maintain customer databases.
- Direct unresolved issues to designated resource.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
- Flexible attitude and ability to work under pressure there may be a requirement to work beyond normal working hours on certain occasions.

- Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Work experience in E-commerce is not mandatory but preferable.
